Sports Massage
Massage therapy involves the physical manipulation of the body's soft tissue using
a variety of techniques, including physical touch and/or mechanical aids.
Massage may be used to alleviate stress, aid relaxation and sleep, promote healing, and reduce physical pain in different parts of the body.
The main benefits include:
- reducing stiffness, tension and fatigue
- increasing physical flexibility and range of movement
- reducing the risk of injury
- aiding recovery from an injury or strain
- promoting a feeling of well-being
Massage can also help to alleviate the symptoms of certain diseases and physical conditions.
Hannah Phillips is qualified with the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT). She is also registered with the British Complementary Massage Association (BCMA).
Whether you have a sporting injury or strain, or simply want a good massage to reduce everyday aches and pains, Hannah can develop a treatment to suit your needs!
